Choose from our wide selection of wines and beers. All beer is to be provided by the Lodge. You may bring your own special wine at a corkage fee of $5 per bottle. You may also select the kind of beer for your wedding.
A hosted or non-hosted full bar option is also available. A bartender is available at a cost of $18 per hour plus 15% gratuity including setup and cleanup time, in addition to the cost of the drinks consumed.

You may hire your own band or D.J. We request that they are set up prior to your event and finished by 12:30 AM. If special needs are required, please make arrangements through our Summit Station Staff.

Wedding cakes, nuts and mints may be brought into Summit Station Lodge. We cut all cakes for you from your guaranteed number. This service is provided by our banquet staff. If a special set up is required, please make arrangements ahead of time.

Tables are covered with a white linen cloth and a signature fold linen napkin with a color selection. Vases, mirrors, candle holders, votive cups, etc. are optional for rent by the wedding party. You may bring in your own decorations. All candles are required to be contained.

Age 20 years and under must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardian if they visit Summit Station Lodge's Bar. It is a Montana Law. Age 21 must have a valid photo driver's license or valid state photo ID to enter the bar.

Summit Station Lodge wants your party to be a success. We will do our best to make it so. However, abuse of alcohol can ruin a party quickly. As the host, you are accountable for the behavior of your guests. Please help our Staff enforce responsible drinking behavior. The following is our policy, which has proven to be both discreet and effective.
1. No liquor will be sold to, or consumed on Summit Station Lodge premises by any person under the legal age. Valid, state issued identification cards may be requested of any person(s) who appear to be under age at any time during your event. If any minors are caught drinking, both parents and the minor(s) involved will be asked to leave the property.
2. No liquor will knowingly be sold or consumed on Summit Station Lodge premises by any person who, in the opinion of appropriate Staff, is or appears to be possibly impaired. This is State Law.
3. In an effort to control consumption, the Staff may proceed as follows when a problem is developing.
a. Contact the host of the event to approach guest(s). b. Ask for cooperation from others in the party. c. Cease serving individual(s). d. Ask problem individual(s) to leave if necessary. e. Call the police if violence arrives. f. Close the bar.
4. The Host voluntarily assumes a duty to control the premises, aid in elimination of under age consumption of alcoholic beverages and alcohol sales including persons appearing to be impaired. The Host assumes the responsibility to supply safe transportation for any guest(s) at their function who may require assistance.

1. A signed, detailed, 'Summit Station Lodge Wedding Contract' is required.
2. A deposit is required to book and reserve facilities. The contract-estimated total will be due 45 days before the time of the function and the adjusted balance to be completed by the end of the function. $500 deposit at time of booking to make the reservation, 100% payment in full 45 days prior to the event. Settlement of all additional charges (i.e. bar) at the end of the event.
3. Due to state health code requirements, all food and beverages must be supplied only by Summit Station Lodge unless a special provision is made (for example, a wedding cake).
4. Special requests such as renting or providing special tables will not reduce any other fees or charges and may in fact result in additional fees if Summit Station Lodge staff is required to deal with the products beyond what is normally involved in the regular fees.
5. Cancellation Policy: In the event of a cancellation more than 90 days before your event the "event deposit" is non-refundable. If you must cancel within 90 days of your event the entire deposit is non-refundable.
6. Summit Station Lodge will not be liable for an act of God or other third party outside of its' control that may hinder, alter or affect the function in any way.

Decorating: |
The property is available for decorating at 8 a.m. the day of the event. Any decoration put up by you, members of your party, or vendors not secured by Summit Station Lodge, are your responsibility and decorations are be removed at the end of the event; otherwise, subject to a $25/hour charge for the staff to remove.

Rentals: |
Included with the facility rental, unless specified otherwise, are 10 tables and 100 chairs, event setup and cleanup. You will be responsible for any additional rentals, unless you engage Summit Station Lodge to do so, such as decorations, isle runner special table clothes, etc. |
Parking: |
Parking is available for up to 40 cars not counting guests staying at the lodge. Parking attendants are required for any event over 100 people or where more than 50 total cars including Lodge guests are anticipated. Parking Attendant when required is at a cost of $15/hour/attendant (2 minimum) plus 15% gratuity.

Damage: |
You are responsible for any damage to the guest rooms, the facility, or the property caused by you or your guests while staying at the Lodge.

Property: |
Our contract entitles you to exclusive use of the Lodge. The Lodge and grounds close at 11:00 pm. All guests not staying at the lodge must be off property and events must end by 2:00 a.m.

Ceremony Tent: |
The actual ceremony area is not covered. The ceremony area can be tented at an additional cost to provide a covered area if desired. |
