Package rate is per person, all inclusive; includes accommodations, 3 meals per day (lunch prepared in the field), dinner the day of arrival, and breakfast the day of departure. No liquor is included. 7% Lodging TAX is included in the package.

Montana Fishing licenses are NOT included.

There is an additional $20 charge for rental equipment. This includes waders, fly reel, rod and a few flies for guided trips. Please discuss fly fishing needs ahead of time with our fly fishing experts.

We reserve the right to change the day-to-day itinerary due to bad weather, clients fishing ability, and unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Cabins 1-5: Single room cabins with two queen beds, refrigerator, coffee maker, mountain view, and a full bath: 1-2 people , $195.00 per night. *Rate is for DOUBLE occupancy. An extra charge of $15 per person per night will be added for groups larger than two people per cabin.

Cabin 6: Private closed bedroom with two queen beds, plus a loft with one queen bed and a balcony forest view. Has a living room area with leather couches, beautiful decorations, and a mountain view. Has a sink, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and a full bath: 4 people, $225.00 per night. Rate is for FOUR people. An extra charge of $15 per person per night will be added for groups larger than four people per cabin.

Cabin 7: Open floor plan bedroom downstairs with two queen beds plus a loft with one queen bed and living area with leather furniture; beautifully decorated. Has a sink, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, wheelchair ramp, and a full bath: 4 people , $225.00 per night. Rate is for FOUR people. An extra charge of $15 per person per night will be added for groups larger than four people per cabin.

Montana Rustic Home: Private closed bedroom downstairs with two queen beds, plus a loft with two queen beds and balcony with forest view. Has a full living area with a fireplace and leather furniture; beautifully decorated, as well as a full kitchen with refrigerator dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, utensils, etc. Has back porch with forest view and jacuzzi tub: 5 people , $350.00 per night. Rate is for FIVE people. An extra charge of $15 per person per night will be added for groups larger than five people per home.

Check-in time is 4pm or after and check-out time is up to 11am. For all cabins we charge $15.00 per person per night for anyone over the listed number of occupants. Roll-away beds are available for any cabin for an additional $20 per night. Microwave ovens are available for the smaller cabins on a first-come, first served basis and are $20 per night. We have a sauna on-site for guest use. Inquire with the lodge during your stay. Continental breakfast is served from 7:30 to 9:30. We offer a variety of cereals, fruits, yogurt, breads, and baked goods each morning. Coffee, tea, juice, and milk are also presented. A 7% lodging tax not included.

Reservations & Cancellations: All reservations require a deposit of 50% (or one night minimum) payable at the time of making reservations. The 50% balance is due 30 days* in advance of your arrival date and reservations made within 30 days or arrival require full payment. Because of our size, cancellations affect us significantly. Therefore, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival will result in a full refund minus a $30 administration fee. Cancellations made within 30 days of your confirmed arrival date, regardless of the reason, will result in the forfeiture of the total amount of the reservation or deposit. All deposits are non-transferable to another date. In case of a special event, such as weddings, reunions, CME conference, etc. there is a 90-day cancellation policy. SUMMIT STATION LODGE guarantees to hold a unit for you for all dates reserved. Guest guarantees payment for all dates reserved.
