Summit Station Lodge Booking/Refund Policy: |
A deposit of 50% is required for all lodging or package trips. The balance of your trip money will be due 30 days in advance of your scheduled reservation, if you reserved a package. The balance due for your cabin reservation will be due at the time of departure.
Deposits are non-refundable, unless your trip is cancelled 60 days PRIOR to arrival, less a $30.00 handling fee. No-shows will charge the full amount. Parties arriving with fewer guests than reserved for will be charged the full amount. There is no adjustment to the final bill for early departure, unforeseen departure, or changes in itininerary. RELEASE OF LIABILITY FORM is mandatory for all guests to sign upon arrival at the lodge.

Gratuity: |
Tipping is not mandatory and certainly a personal choice on the part of our guests. The most commonly asked question by guests each week is "what should I leave for the guide and staff?" Management suggests that each guest budget about 15% of the price of the trip with us, to be split evenly amongst the crew. Our seasoned staff is exceptionally competent and courteous and will greatly appreciate a modest gratuity. Note: please feel free to use your credit card, cash or traveler's checks for gratuities. |
Confirmation: |
Your itinerary will be finalized in writing, prior to your arrival, to allow us to have proper guides retained for your trip. |
Fishing Licenses: |
We will stop in East Glacier Park and buy your license after picking you up from the airport. Fishing licenses are $25 for first three days and $60 for seven or more days. |
Pets: |
Your pets may not be compatible with livestock and wildlife, so we must ask that you leave them at home. |
Insurance: |
You can get Trip/Vacation Insurance coverage through Travel Guard at 800-826-1300. |
Schedule Changes: |
We reserve the right to change the day-to-day itinerary due to bad weather, riders ability and unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. |
